A website for a family-run South Essex housebuilder, giving buyers and landowners a direct line to the family behind every development.
The brief
The challenge
Pyrmont Homes builds a few homes at a time and sells many off-plan, so buyers are committing before a house exists. The site needed to build that trust quickly, and give landowners a clear way to get in touch about selling a site.
The build
My approach
Built as a fully custom Next.js site: a full-bleed aerial hero of a finished development, a warm editorial tone that puts the family first, separate routes for buyers and for landowners, and WhatsApp as the fastest way to make contact. The homepage is currently with the client for signoff.
