Am I tied into a contract?
No. There's no minimum term and nothing to auto-renew. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
What does the £399 setup fee cover?
The custom build of your site: design, content, photos, your Google Business Profile and getting everything live. It's paid in full before work starts, then it's £99 a month after that.
What's included, and what costs extra?
Included: your site (Home and Contact plus 5 pages), hosting and backups, Google Business Profile setup and one post a month, automated review requests, the quote form, small text and price changes within 5 working days, and a monthly performance email. Extra, if you want them: managed Google Business Profile (£49/month), a monthly content page (£49/month), priority support with next-day response and unlimited small edits (£29/month), and additional pages (£99 each).
How many pages do I get?
Home and Contact are always included, plus 5 pages for your services or the areas you cover, whichever mix suits your business. Extra pages beyond that are £99 each.
What happens to my current website's Google rankings?
Your old pages are redirected to the new site, so nothing that already ranks in Google is lost.
What happens if I cancel?
Give 30 days' notice and you're done. Your text and photos are yours and go with you. If you want the website itself, you can buy it. See below.
Do I own the website?
While you're on the monthly plan, I own and host it. Your content is yours to take if you leave, and you can buy the site outright at any time for £750, then £20 a month hosting.
Can I buy the website outright?
Yes. £1,500 to own it from day one, then £20 a month hosting. Changes are £75 an hour, and it doesn't include Google Business Profile work, content or reporting. If you're already on the monthly plan, you can buy out at any point for £750.
How does the price review work?
Prices are reviewed once a year and will never go up by more than 5%.
I have another arm of the business. Can I get a second website?
Yes. A second website gets 50% off the setup fee, with the same monthly price.
